Speaker: George Finney, University of Texas System CISO, CEO and Founder of Well Aware Security
George is a seasoned CyberSecurity executive and leader responsible for developing and maturing cybersecurity programs with expertise in policy, awareness, compliance, operational management and the complex legal issues surrounding security. George has worked in Cybersecurity for nearly 20 years and has helped startups, global telecommunications firms, and nonprofits improve their security posture. As a part of his passion for education, George has taught cybersecurity at Southern Methodist University and is the author of several cybersecurity books including the best-selling Project Zero Trust: A Story about a Strategy for Aligning Security and the Business.

Speaker: Matt Hajda, Enterprise Architect Identity and Access Management
Matt Hajda serves as an enterprise security architect at Dell Technologies, leading implementations of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities at scale. With more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, he has experience in leadership and technical roles across diverse security areas, such as IAM, application and data security, cloud platforms, and incident response.

Speaker: Steven Heist, Director of Global Cybersecurity Business Architecture
Steven serves as the Chief Corporate Security Architect at Dell Technologies, where he has held various positions since 2020. Prior to this, he spent nearly 13 years at USAA in network engineering and cybersecurity roles, focusing on implementing and maintaining cybersecurity and infrastructure capabilities across multiple security domains, including network security, data security, cloud, and forensics.

Speaker: Pete Nicoletti, Global CISO - Checkpoint
Pete Nicoletti is a cybersecurity executive with 32 years in IT and 17 years at the CISO level. He has held CISO roles at Check Point, Cybraics, Hertz, Virtustream/EMC/DELL, and served as VP of Security Engineering at Terremark/Verizon. His expertise spans strategy consulting, incident response, MSSP operations, and security budgeting. Pete holds certifications including CISSP, CISA, CCSK, and SANS GIAC. He led Gartner’s #1 and #2 most secure cloud designs and supported major federal projects for Whitehouse.gov, FBI.gov, DOT.gov, and others. He authored and contributed to several industry publications and served on boards including the Cloud Security Alliance and South Florida ISSA. In 2017, he was named one of the Top 100 Global CISOs.
