Alamo ISSA November Quarterly Meeting & Annual Election - November 17th, 2020 - 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM CDT

Members,
On November 17, 2020, we will hold a virtual Quarterly Chapter meeting.
Please RSVP for the meeting using the link below. Our event will be a Panel discussion described below, with Chapter business held after the discussion.

Once per year in November the Chapter holds an election to vote in the new Board of Directors.  We encourage all of the Members to participate in the election process.  In past elections, members voted in person, and the results were calculated before the end of the evening on voting day.  Because of the Pandemic situation, the 2020 election of the Alamo ISSA Board members will be held virtually.

As defined by our by-laws, the Alamo ISSA Past President manages the election process.  Lee Carsten, along with one of our members, Vic Poole are co-managing the elections process.  This election will be handled virtually, and ballots will be available on November 10th.  Each Member (in good standing) will receive an email to their ISSA registered email address, which will include a unique link to the elections system. (please do not forward this email as the link will not work) Members will receive an email/access to their ballot on November 10th.  Each Member will have until 2 pm (1400) US Central Time on Nov 17th to vote for people listed on the Ballot, write in a choice, or to abstain.

The results of the election will be announced at the Quarterly Meeting on November 17, 2020, before the end of the meeting.  Again I encourage every Member to vote. I look forward to seeing everyone at the virtual meeting on November 17, 2020.

Thank you,
John Petrie, President, Alamo ISSA
